Chat Memory
Chat memory is a feature in some AI tools that saves facts about you between conversations, so you stop retyping your business name, your customers, and your preferences every time. It is different from what the AI holds inside one conversation, because memory survives after you close the chat and open a brand new one. You can usually view, edit, or switch it off in the settings.
