Community Detection
Community detection seeks groups with a chosen pattern of stronger internal connection relative to external connection or a comparison model. Different algorithms, objectives and resolution settings can produce different groups. Unlike workload-oriented graph partitioning, its usual aim is finding network structure, not necessarily equal-sized groups or operational ownership.
