Data Processing Agreement
A contract setting out responsibilities for handling personal data on another party's behalf. Applicable duties depend on jurisdiction and the parties' actual roles. A vendor's standard agreement or checked box is not proof that a proposed AI workflow is lawful, secure or covered by that agreement.
