Automation & Workflows
Dunning
Dunning is the automatic, polite follow-up that happens when a customer's recurring payment fails, usually because a card expired or was replaced. The system retries the charge on a schedule and emails the customer asking them to update their card. Without it, those customers just silently disappear.
