E-Signature

An e-signature tool lets someone sign a document by clicking and typing on a screen instead of printing, signing, and scanning it back. It emails the document, tracks who has signed, and keeps a time-stamped record of it. In many places these count as valid signatures for everyday business documents, though the rules differ by document type and by where you are, so check anything unusual.
