Handoff
A transfer of responsibility or workflow control to another agent or person, accompanied by selected context needed for the next step. The design should identify the recipient, unresolved work and applicable authority. A handoff is not necessarily a copy of the entire conversation, nor does requesting a transfer prove the recipient accepted it.
