Object Storage
Object storage is a service for keeping files such as photos, PDFs, videos, and backups in the cloud, sorted into containers usually called buckets, with a web address for each file. It is built for enormous numbers of files at low cost, and it sits apart from the database that holds your structured records. Files can be public, like product photos, or reachable only through a private link, like client documents.
