Provenance Graph
A provenance graph represents how information or artifacts were produced, used, derived or attributed, connecting relevant entities, activities and agents. W3C PROV supplies a model for expressing such relationships. Recorded lineage helps inspection, but it does not by itself prove source accuracy, complete history or approval to reuse the result.
