Row Level Security
Row level security applies database policies to which individual rows a caller may read or modify. In PostgreSQL, enabling it without an applicable policy produces default denial, but superusers and bypass roles are exceptions, and owners normally bypass it. The actual database role and policy therefore matter as much as the application screen.
