Single Sign-On
Single sign-on, usually shortened to SSO, lets one company-owned account unlock every tool your team uses, instead of a separate password for each. Staff sign in once with that company identity, normally their work email account, and the connected apps trust it. Switching that one account off closes every door at the same moment.
