Usage Limits
Usage limits are the caps on how much Claude you can use within a stretch of time on your plan, after which you wait for the allowance to refill. Heavier, more capable models eat through that allowance faster than lighter ones do. This is your plan's overall allowance, which is a different thing from the cap on how many requests per minute a piece of software is allowed to send.
