Vendor Lock-In
Vendor lock-in is when leaving a tool becomes so painful that you stay with it long after it stopped being a good fit. It happens when your data cannot be exported, meaning downloaded in a form another tool can actually read, or when everything else you run is wired into it. Nobody has to trap you on purpose for it to happen.
