Expense Categorization
Every dollar your business spends gets sorted into a bucket in your books, such as fuel, supplies, rent, or advertising. Those buckets are your categories, and they decide what your profit report says and what you can deduct. Accounting software now guesses the category for each transaction and gets better as you correct it.
