Reproduction steps are the exact clicks and inputs that make a problem happen, written down in order. You hand them to the AI, or to a developer, so the problem can be seen rather than guessed at. "It is broken" is not reproduction steps; "log in, click Orders, open any order from last week, the total shows zero" is.
