USE Method
A resource-oriented performance investigation method examining utilization, saturation and errors for each relevant resource. It encourages systematic checks rather than guessing from one symptom. Utilization and queued demand are different: a busy resource may have no waiting work, and averages can hide brief saturation or uneven distribution.
