Visibility Timeout
A period after receipt during which a queue message is normally hidden from other consumers while processing proceeds. If it is not deleted or its visibility extended, it becomes eligible for delivery again. This is a temporary delivery mechanism, not proof that the first worker stopped or a universal exclusive lock.
