Cron Job
A task initiated according to a recurring cron expression interpreted by a scheduler. Cron dialects differ in field count and supported syntax, so an expression must be checked against its execution environment. Cloudflare Workers Cron Triggers use UTC. The scheduled invocation still needs functioning code, permissions and observable results; the expression alone performs no business operation.
