Infinite Loop
An infinite loop repeats without reaching a terminating condition under the modeled execution. A loop may be intentionally long-lived, but accidental nontermination often comes from unchanged state or an unreachable exit. A retry or agent cycle can have the same practical failure even when it is spread across separate workflow runs.
